Open your web browser and paste your IP address in the search bar or if you didn’t copy it but instead wrote it down, manually key it in your browser’s search bar and click the enter button.Write it down or highlight it and right click on it to copy then exit cmd. You will see your router’s IP address at the bottom. Click on it and then type ‘ipconfig’ then click the enter button.
Then a cmd icon will show in the results. Now type ‘cmd.’ and click the enter button. On the PC or Laptop, click on the button with windows sign.
It’s a number that looks like this: 192.83.1… The IP address is just a number that identity’s your modem. First, you have to find your router’s IP address.
